Status Updates:
Chris:
- We are $6,000 and some odd cents in the black thanks to the changes we made at the end of the year last year
- We invested about $17,000 into the Club this year - Conex, truck, equipment, transportation cost, etc
- Basically $23,000 more successful this year than at the end of last year
- Banquet is coming up and it is going to be different/more exciting than in years past
- Concerned about where we are as a Club when it comes to the Membership: there is limited involvement from the membership
- Election running unopposed, the Wilkersons had to go into town for food for the potluck at the end of Round 7.
- Other people need to be as involved in the Club as possible
- The Club is a 501(c)7 - this is not a product, this is your Club
Bob:
- Did everyone receive electronic ballots and did everyone vote? YES
- Election Closed manually at at 7:57PM
- Results read by impartial party, Steve McMillan (Western Ambulance)

Santiago:
- Thank you for a great season and hoping to serve the club in a different way next year!
Dan:
- Learned a lot this year - things to do different, make things better
- Focus on bringing in new members so we can introduce them to the racing scene!
Katie:
- Did a Conex cleanout the weekend before the Rule Change meeting
- Marshal came out and helped with Air Fence, determined what was useable, what needed fixed, what needed to be thrown away, etc
- Have a list of things that need to be purchased to make both locations sustainable
- Have 16 official crew members after this season and most have said they are looking forward to coming back next season

Member Questions:
- What would you have liked to see?
- Better turnout for the election, it used to be shoulder to shoulder to find out who was elected onto the Board
- What is the future of Dunlop?
- We are not sure yet - depends on some of the final numbers, if the projections aren’t what we are expecting, then it may not be worth it
- How long will nominations be open?
- Two weeks
- Can we post the position and description for the job on Facebook?
- Yes!
- Was Round 7 negative because of attendance or something else?
- Attendance - there were only 55 riders on Sunday
- Usually an attrition that goes on all season, but we had seen a steady attendance all year until Round 7. We had a great SuperStreet attendance Rd7 though
- Is this going to be a concern for an 8 Rd season?
- A little bit - it may be similar to what happened this year in that we will see it Round 8. People fight for Championships all year and they are either in or out the last Round.
- How many riders ran in Rds 5 and 6 compared to rd 1?
- Rd 5 77, Rd 6 89, Rd 1 118
- Will some of the leftover funds be used for Air Fences?
- We have enough to stock both locations (PMP and HPR); Katie will cover during her update
- What do you [Dan] mean by different?
- Updating the presentation for the school, add in some of the sponsors for those classes into the slideshows to present them to new riders
- 1 or 2 schools next year?
- Only one scheduled at the moment - will need to analyze cost and demand next season
- Same amount of SuperStreets?
- At the moment - there is talk amongst the Board about having the 4 hour as usual but then adding another 2 hr endurance race (running a mini series and inviting other Clubs)
- How are the Rounds going to be spaced out?
- The schedule is currently posted on the website - planning can start happening now!
- Have we talked to the crew about the 8 round season?
- Some of the crew has expressed concern over making all the rounds, but most are good with an extra weekend of pay
- Did some safety crew decide not to come back?
- Evan Baker, Irelynn, another crew member that is pursuing other job opportunities
- Anything we are doing outside of the things mentioned that will make the Club Safer?
- May or may not have the use of the lights, not having the lights helps with Crew Engagement
- From an insurance standpoint, when we use the lights, it is outside of our norm and can actually raise some questions. Same thing can be said about the Control system that was implemented this year
- Do we have a policy for all this, when was the last time it was reviewed, and does it need to be updated?
- Started on this in January 2022 and was finished before the Race School in 2022
- Planning on going back in and updating with the Race Control system
