2013 Lap times

I got bored the other night (you should be scared), and decided to upload and post the lap times from the 2013 season.

There are some oddities around red flags etc, but the lap times are there. I may revisit the display format a bit in the future.

I wrote a batch upload, so if there is interest in adding other years that could be done.

Let me know if you have any thoughts, suggestions, comments, etc.

I pulled this up on one of my smaller screen devices today, and the formatting does need some work. When the columns wrap it could be improved, plus I have some ideas for additions.

In case anyone was curious, there are over 25,000 laps in the dataset.
