    Tentative 2008 Schedule?

Looks like AMA and USBA have come out with their tentative 2008 schedules.

    http://www.superbikeplanet.com/2007/Sep/e/n070916f.htm

I know it is early, but is there anything that can be shared to help the vendors and the racers start planning their travel and vacation needs for the 2008 MRA season?

    Thanks!

I know what the MRA June and Aug dates at PMP are gonna be since we're trying to plan some R2SL fun to coincide with that... More to follow on those. 8)

You begin your racing career with a bag full of luck and an empty bag of experience. The trick is to fill the bag of experience before you empty the bag of luck.

just an idea... is there any thought into have a mid-year school? With the amount of new riders that could be gained from a new track + mid year school when the track opens (or at least close to it) it might help stave off some of that mid year attendence drops.

    Thoughts?

    Hi
Myself, Ricky, and Pettiford, do racer certifications all summer.

When we do a MRA school we have to rent the track. Mid-summer
schools in the past have not always brought in enough students to
    pay the rental.

This is just what I have seen in the past.
I'm sure the new track will bring a larger amount on new riders.

We used to have a third school after the first few events. We'll see what the demand is like. Mark does individual schools year round, I suppose if he gets overwhelmed we could look at doing another school that would do lots of students at once.
