Suit for tall/long torso ... help!

I need a suit that fits. Had a Teknic violator 48us, and it was just too short in the torso, went to a Komodo 50us and I could have fit 3 people in it with me, but it was too short in the torso. Currently running a Cortech Latigo 48us, but it's too short in the torso, and WAY baggy... I'm willing to spend the $$ and go a custom fit route, but open to anything. I'm 6'3, 185 pounds (shorter legs, 32" inseam, long torso) which def limits my "off the rack" fitment, just curious if anyone has had luck finding a certain brand or style that fits a lankier dude.... I'm tired of my junk feeling like it's going to be split in half when I stand up, and having suits that are WAY too baggy.... I felt like I had wings fully tucked in this weekend @ HPR my suit was flapping around so badly in the arms!

For the custom route any recommendations? Heroic seems legit, but not $1850 legit. Komodo...? RS Taichi?

    Luke,
Another company that does custom suits is Ayden Lee Racing.
Talk to Steve at Mad-Moto and he'll give you the info.
Also, here's a link to the process you'll go through in getting a custom suit with ALR; It sounds pretty cool as you'll get a sample suit in your size to wear while you wait for your's to be made.

NJK out of California makes great custom leathers for reasonable $$. Give Kelcey a call

edit: Syed makes reasonably priced customs too and they last forever - but they are heavy. http://www.syedleathers.com/

Vanson Leathers is a long-time supporter and sponsor of the MRA. Their suits are not cheap, but neither is what they are protecting!

Another +1 on Kelcey over at NJK Leathers! I've been wearing his stuff for several years, and love it!

I recently got a new set complete with an MRA patch on the front!

RS Taichi can have a suit custom tailored at the factory per your measurements Luke. Thier suits are actually pretty long in the arms and legs so a "ofF the rack" might actually be pretty close. We have a couple suits in stock you could try on to get an idea on what alterations may have to be made.

Arlen Ness also have great suits M3, or the Kangaroo suits just came in stock and are longer suits as well.

Dainese also does custom tailoring as well. Just fill out a measurement page and they can get the suit made to order as well.

Another +1 for Ayden Lee Racing. They fit great for long tall thin peoples and are great people to deal with.
