I bought it just like this. Guy before me built it. It was the 2nd one he has done so this one really is immaculate.
Gets around 15 mpg fully loaded and the engine runs really good.
My only complaint is that it sways pretty hard in the wind. Since it is the E-350 chassis and not the dually 450 chassis. Other than that it is a great vehicle.
