Sorry if this has been asked, but what tires are you guys planning to run on your two-fiddys next season?
Brand, sizes, prices, where to get em', how long do you plan to run em', etc, etc, etc...???
Thanks in advance --

David,
I put a set of Michelin Power 1's on my bike when I got it.
110 A / 150 B
With over 400 miles of track riding on them (no warmers) I would still consider the tires completely suitable for racing.
My plan was to use 2 sets of tires for the entire season.
Cost was roughly $330 for the set (not an exact number, don't remember it off the top of my head, but it was in that range) from Vanmar.
Another rough calculation:
250 cup races = 12 laps (2 races per weekend)
LWGP = 7 laps
CO Class = 7 laps
Practice = 15 laps
Roughly 100 miles per weekend of riding
So, the tires should easily go 4 weekends as the tires I have already have 400 miles on them and I would take them racing next season without hesitation.
Bridgestone
Michelin
and Pirelli
Have all committed to providing contingency dollars for the 250 cup in 2011. The numbers are unknown right now, but I'll post them up as soon as I know them.
Hope that helps
