    if it doesnt get caught on your knee when your moving around,might be alright...

    though i dont think it would help the bike fair any better in a crash than just the slider would (although might keep you from bending that stupid bolt time and again) looks more like a street stunters bodywork protection than anything else.

    Id be worried about ripping the bolt out of the frame if it catches on a high speed crash. A hole in your frame is much worse than wadded bodywork.

    I'd want to see what they're bolting it to before buying. I also think the sliders are ridiculously small. Even a moderate slide by your bike would grind that down completely, then grind down the head of the bolt holding it in. Then getting it off becomes a total PITA.

    I'd stick with a slider and leave this to the stunting crowd.
