    Top Speeds at HPR

So, I sat in the braking zone entering T4 with Tony's fantabulous RADAR gun and got some trap speeds today.

First, I hope my presence out there didn't bother any of the riders. I tried to stay far enough away that I wouldn't be a distraction.

Here's what I got during RoR:

    RoR GTO Bikes
    • Shane Turpin - 166 mph
      Dalton Dimick - 162
      Mike Applegate - 162
      Rob Christman - 162
      Dan Turner - 161

    RoR GTU Bikes
    • Colter Dimick - 154
      Josh Galster - 152
      Ricky Orlando - 150
      Shannon Moham - 149
      Mike Applehans - 145

At Tony's request I also went out during Colorado Class to get the 250's that were in that race. The highest was 94, most were 90-92, lowest was 88.

Schrammy's RS125 was pretty consistent at about 110-112, but did bust a 115 on the second or third lap.

NOw that the end of season is nearing or upon us.... any new speeds of interest?

I for one was wondering how the 250's have progressed as the riders get faster and maybe exit 3 better?

FWIW...on my 1098 at my last track day, my data logs show 156.6 from my GPS unit which is a professional race grade model that updates at 20hz, not the standard 5hz like most garmin/other lap timer units.
