Track Tire suppliers?

Trying to get the bike ready for track season and I need new tires. Been running Michelins (power race then ones) but open to something new if anyone has suggestions?.

Also, where can I get them? Would like to get the bike ready this week so I can possiblely ride PPIR next Monday.

I'm located in the Springs but I'm sure if anyone stocks track tires they are probably in the Denver area?

Thanks for the info. I'll give vanmar a shout. I knew about them, just wasn't sure if they only sold tires trackside?

I'll just start with this: All of the Vendors are very helpful it whatever you choose to run.


But.... +1 from Vanmar.

Regardless of what you choose, if you find that you need help or advise at the track, I will be more than glad to help point you in the right direction.

Rob will not be coming to the MRA with Pirellis this year. The best bet is to pre-order tires from Rob. I will cover trackside mounting at all MRA events.

in talking with Rob at Lithium, he suggests ordering tires 2 full weeks before they are needed to insure that you get them on time.

I am running Continental this year through Mike Applehans, I tested at the school and the weekend after...I am very impressed and the price is very competitive. Any time you can save money, get a great product and awesome support from the vendor!!!!! it's a good thing.

Yes,Sol Performance will be at the trackwith Dunlop race tires.We did some testing last year, earlier this year and just some last weekend in Topeka. We will be here all year and looking forward to helping everyone we can.
