Need Boots

Need size 11 used boot, if possible. Dealer has HOSED me. Forgot to order boots back when I asked (and paid!) and is now telling me I'm back ordered until end of April, which means June. Of course, pricier model is available.

Can you get your money refunded? There are plenty of other shops in the metro area and the odds of them having boots in your size is probably pretty good.
