    Strider Balance Bikes for Kids!

Chicane Trackdays has just become an official dealer for Strider Balance Bikes.

These are great for teaching balance, lean and coordination in kids from about 1 to 5 years old. You can read a lot about them on the Strider Website linked below.

I have just placed my first order and will be recieving the shipment soon. The bikes retail for $110 (in standard colors) and $121 for the special KTM graphics. They can be found online for $99 and $109 respectively.

According to my dealer agreement I cannot advertise any prices lower than these, but I do offer special pricing for MRA members. Please contact me if you are interested.

Please check out the link below for more information, then let me know if I can help you get your little one onto two wheels!

And I have a Hayden who turns a year old in a couple of weeks. How funny. My Hayden's a girl though - most I have run into were boys.

Scott, can you pm me the rider price on one of those?

    balance bike

In my experience, these things are GREAT. My son Angus got one of these on his second birthday and was riding a pedal bike and an Oset at three. Never any training wheels. We let him ride the balance bike around the house so he's gotten tons of practice. His little brother turns two in a few weeks and loves trying to ride it, but doesn't quite fit on it. Definitely worth every penny.

Scott is the man. I just picked up a Strider for Logan last night. Info about Logan. He is almost 2 1/2 years old. he has been riding a pedal bike with training wheels since right before he turned two. He is really good on it but I have tried to take off the training wheels before and he was definitly not ready. He just didn't understand the balance thing, (till today). I've had him riding the Strider all day. He loves it and when I was cruising him around on the dirt bike for fun he even asked to get off so he could ride his Strider (this has never happened before). By the end of today he was going down the driveway with his feet up and keeping his balance. This is the best bike ever for getting a kid to understand balance. I am going to try him off the training wheels on his pedal bike by the end of the week. I'll try to repost and let you all know how it went. I have videos of logan from today that I will try and post so all of you with kids can see what one day on a strider will do for a kid. Thanks again Scott. You made Mine, Jess' and Logan's weekend.

Logan got his first dirt bike Friday and this past Sunday, just one week after practicing balance on his Strider we took him out riding his CRF50 without training wheels. We are amazed at how great the Strider has improved his coordination!

Seriously, this video looks like something out of Jurassic Park. Logan looks like he is getting chased by a big ostrich.

This was from over a year ago, but my kid loves his. He still likes to ride it over his pedal bike most of the time. This was by far the best $100 I ever spent on something like this for my kid. Now, my 2yr old daughter is using it.

    Good luck with these, Scott.
