A friend a week ago said he was passing by PPIR and he seen equipment working in the area of the future roadcourse. He asked me if I knew anything about it...So I thought I would ask? Does anybody know what their plans are at PPIR?

They are expanding the Kart racing track for the kart club that races there regularly. As of now, they race in the parking lot and have a separate smaller infield track.
