2011 Reciprocity?

Asking for a friend from SMRI - will the reciprocity license agreement from last year be extended to this season? I didn't find anything in either the online rulebook pdf, nor the license application packet.

I have a friend coming for the 4 hour endurance. He races WSMC. Is that accepted?

page 28 covers it - but it's missing Chuckwalla... we'll put that in next year.

ALL visiting riders must fill out MRA License App, Medical and Waiver and become members of the MRA. As a courtesy, we'll waive the license fee if they have a current license from another recognized organization.
