    Wanted: GSXR750 - 2004 or NEWER

I'm looking for a 04/05 or an 06 GSXR750 race bike for next season - supersport prepped.

I'm not interested in anything prior to 2004.

Looking to buy at the end of the season, but will consider buying before that for the right bike.

Prefer a complete race bike but also will consider a salvage "builder" depending on condition, etc.

Give me a shout if you've got a bike that fits the bill that you're looking to unload @ the end of the season (or before).

    Thanks,

Thanks - already watching those, but would prefer to buy locally if possible. If nothing comes up then I'll look to buy out of state.

I think you outta wait for an 06 .. I raced a 2001 and a 2004. I actually thought the 2001 was a better bike. I know some others here that raced the 04-05 750's had a tuff time setting them up. But its yer call. or you coudl buy my 05 1000 and have even more fun... its not any harder to ride than a 750.

    Interesting.

What was the issue(s) with the 04/05 that made it tough to set up/inferior to the previous version?

I have one on ebay right now. Ends in a couple of days but I can also deliver it to Hastings for the cost of gas if it works out.http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...RK%3AMESE%3AIT

Call Mike Applegate @303 507 0972. He might be looking to switch to a different size bike next year. He has a very low milage 06.

    Just a change of pace. He's been talking about a 600 or a 1k.
