2000 Haulmark 5th Wheel Enclosed Race Trailer w/canopy

Unfortunately I have to sell my great trailer. The truck I use to haul it around has given up on me and I am not in a position to buy another so, the trailer needs a new home.

28ft enclosed trailer, 5th wheel hitch, 20ft cargo area, 8ft over 5th wheel area. Trailer comes with a 36x15 Holliday canopy, Red w/grey top, includes walls for 3 sides and all canopy framing w/instructions on setup. Also includes 34x14 Free Flow pit flooring, Blue w/black/white checker outside border.

    Some info about the trailer:

    - Internal ceiling height 6.5 feet, 4ft side door, dovetail floor in the rear of trailer

    - 10K gvrw

    - Model is GF828RT3-102

    - VIN #16HG52826YU019228

    - Tires are brand new CarlisleTrailer tires (2 yr old, with roughly 1000 miles on them total, trailer hasn’t moved in a year)

    - Diamond plate on front of trailer behind truck

    - A few screws are missing that have rattled out over the years but nothing that is causing an issue

    - Wheels are aluminum 6 lug

    - Custom Closet / shelving

    - Trailer wired for 110v power, includes 3 outlets on outside of trailer and a few inside trailer that are live when trailer is plugged in.

    - 2 – 4ft 110v florescent overhead lights

    - 3 helmet RB Components Rack/clothing hanger

    - 3 jug RB Components fuel jug holder (holds 3, 5 gal jugs)

    - 4 – 5 gallon water jugs to hold canopy down

    - 1 – 24” RB Components 3 shelf door rack w/fold down tray

    - Large First Aid Kit

    - 8ft long tire rack

    - Fire Extinguisher

    - Motorcycle Tie Down Wall Rack

    - Setup with 2 wheel chalks currently & misc tie down points and holes drilled for strapless stands.

    - Includes new spare tire with white steel wheel

    - Inside floor is covered with Black and White Circletrac Racedeck Flooring (Removable if needed)

    - Includes all canopy poles and instructions, tie downs for canopy etc

    - (I sell the flooring so if you need a different color in the future, I can help you out as well if you buy the trailer

When I last used the trailer all lights were working except one top running light on the side, probably a bulb.

Rear of the trailer has the standard scrapes from dragging going into gas stations etc

One panel has a small hole near 5th wheel crank but its hollow behind the panel so its not an issue.

Its been a great trailer, no issues for me and I have owned it since 2004.

If you have any other specific questions or want photos of anything, please let me know.

I have pics I can email to you of inside and there are some here to show the setup.

Asking $7800 for everything. Trailer located in Portland Oregon.
