I have a 1999 SV650 that I twisted the crank out of.

The failure didn't lock up the rear, the motor still ran for about a half mile before it quit. The crank still rotates when I put it in gear and spin the rear tire. There is no metal in the oil. It can shift gears. The starter works but just spins. Only thing visible on the outside of the motor is that the cap on the left side clutch cover was pushed out.

I was in the process of purchasing another bike at the time so I no longer need this one. I was able to use the rear sets so that is the only thing missing.

I really don’t what to go through parting it out, it just as easy to take it to the junk yard but I know they will jack up the price for the rest of us. They'll pay me about $500.00 to $600.00 for it. Anyone want it for like $800.00 or so + shipping?
