yzf 600 rr gear ratio

I need to buy a chain and sprocket for my bike and would like recommendations on what gear ratio I should have. As of now, I have 16 front and 47 rear and I am assuming a 530 chain. I ride the bike to and from work which is mostly highway and the wife and I like to do some canyon carving. Thanks for any recommendation.
