I want to thank everyone for their generosity last night. We raised $2355 for Shane Turpin! Special thanks to 50/50 cash raffle winner Doug Kahl who donated the winning amount, approximately $500, back to Shane. This morning I sent a cashier's check via certified mail to the Turpins.
I couldnt have pulled this off without those that helped out with the event: Jen Hom, Reean Waddle, Katie Schellinger, John Chadwick, Chris Stinson and everyone at ABATE. I also want to thank all the individuals and businesses that donated raffle items, Grand Prix Motorsports for sponsoring the event and Hooters for their hospitality.
We have alot in store for this season. We will be back at Hooters on Wed, April 7th and then on Wed, April 21st we will be kicking off Bike Nights at The Walnut Room for the first time ever!
