22 Ft Toy Hauler RV. 7k OBO

I still got my toy hauler up for sale. It is a Forest River Sand Piper 22ft. Sleeps four, 16ft of cargo. 100 Gallon Fresh Water, 60 gallon gray, 40 gallon Black. Full bathroom and kitchen. Cold AC, hot heater, radio, CD player. Hook ups for TV and camp ground use. Email me for Pics. Books retail at $8,300. The awning got blown off at Pueblo last season, Well need new fabric and replacement parts.

Onboard built in 4500 Watt Onan Gen.

This is the perfect trailer for a couple of people to get all race equipment to the track and spend a couple of nights. These size tanks are normally only found on larger units. This trailer can be pulled by a half ton. I will include hitch, sway and levellers.

I am putting in a new water pump before sell.

I am in need of a enclosed trailer big enough for two bikes as well. So hit me up for trades.

Is your trailer aluminum or steel framing and any idea of weight? Thanks,

Steel frame. Not an ultra light weight unit. Dry weight is 4800 pounds. I am not sure if that includes the generator so maybe 5000

Are you sure it's a Forest River? I went to there website and I can't seem to find the model Sandpiper, maybe give the title a gander because I'm not seeing it.
    Thanks,

Sandpiper was available in California. It is also sometimes called a Sierra 21sp. Or Sandpiper 21sp. I am 100% positive it is a Forest River. Also the models have changed a lot since 2002. Give me your email address and I will send pictures of the weight sticker and everything else.
