By resolution of the MRA Board of Directors, we are pleased to announce the appointment of Scott Rybarik to the position of Vice President for 2010.
Given Scott's qualifications, interest in the top administrative positions in the club, and the fact that he nearly won the Presidential Election - he's the obvious choice for the position - and he's graciously accepted.
