    1998 TZ250

    98 TZ250 set-up for leaded fuel /160lbs rider
    Full winter restore, powder coated frame/swingarm/sub-frame, anodized all other hard chassis parts(ie, chain adj/rearsets/mounts…)
    Replaced all bearings, cases/wheels/steering/swingarm/suspension)
    Replaced nearly all fasteners (bolts/nuts..) all to proper specs
    Fresh service Ohlins rear shock
    Fresh service on forks
    Kit Frame (different head section, different angles for teams, one of just a few(less than 5)
    Tyga pipes
    Kit Radiator
    Worked cylinders(oliver copies)
    Roland Cushway heads(7.4 cc / .6 inset)
    4dp-30 ecu/rotor
    Roland Cushway crank
    Carbon airboxs w/fuel pump
    39mm(bored) short body Carbs
    Cordona Quick shifter
    Brembo Master(19x18)
    Galfer custom blue brake lines
    Galfer rotors
    Custom cut rear rotor
    PVM Wheels
    Front/rear stands
    Bandit tyre warmers

    Spare: Stock set of 5 spoke wheels
    Set of matching worked cylinders, new plated
    New rebuilt crank using new center wheels from Yamaha( like new crank first built using the inner parts)
    Set Roland cushway heads (7.9cc/.81 inset)
    Many gaskets/seals/full new and used clutch parts

    He may have his house sold and needs to make some space for storage.. until he can find a new place. :roll: Selling his dirt bike too.
    Happy he sold his house in this sh(t market, but it sucks to spend all that time and money to make one of the nicest TZ's around and then sell it....

    But I am bitter...loosing a good team mate.

    The TZ 250's are disappearing quick. The last couple of years these TZ's were coming out of the wood works and now look at them?! My plan is coming together!
