Not too big, not too small. Not too old, not too new. Gotta have a full bath because I can't stand the porta-potties at HPR (the real reason I'm seriously looking for a trailer)! Gotta have a range so I can properly cook for Otis. Gotta have A\C and heat to keep my man comfortable. Gotta sleep at least four so the pit crew can stay. Gotta have a somewhat private queen/king bed for me and my gorgeous husband. Other stuff would just be nice. And yes, I have cash, but not too much.
