I wasn't sure who to ask so I am just starting a new thread. Does anyone know if the gates close at a certain time Friday night or are they open all night with security? Reason I'm asking is because I want to drive down Friday night and leave my stuff in the pits but I probably won't be able to get down there until 8:30 or 9:00.

Maybe Glenn can confirm, but they should be open all night........ I hope so, cuz the bar doesn't close till 1:45am. 8)

Oh, and yes, the pit gates do stay open all night. They have to in case someone has an emergency .. like they got too drunk and need to be hauled away, Jeff.
But they ARE closed Thursday night, until we take occupancy on Friday at 6am...

are there going to be friday night drags going on? if so.... what parts of the paddock should we not setup in until saturday morning?

I believe we have the entire facility for Fri, Sat, Sun. We're paying for it, so I don't see how they could run a second event while we're there...
