Ambulance set up to haul bikes...

    Hello.

Selling the white and green ambulance that I worked the last half of the season out of... Easily hauls a sport bike and a scooter or 2 dirt bikes (and a third if it's little.) Also enough room inside to sleep- and very well insulated. A couple of times I pitted across from Jeff Brown and was able to go to sleep when *I* wanted, not when he turned off the radio. Really. Has a heater inside and room to plug in a little fridge and microwave.

    Has Ford 7.3 diesel engine.

Tons of storage inside and out. Honestly, it's ridiculous. As well, lots of lights inside and out. I was able to work outside at night rebuilding a fork with no problem.

Runs and drives good. Tires in very good condition. Oil recently changed (Rotella) with new oil filter and new fuel filter. Brakes could use front pads and bleeding. Has a brand new starter from Napa that I installed a month ago ($200, have receipt for warranty.)

I would drive it to Hastings right now with no hesitation.

Why am I selling it? Life is a little interesting sometimes, and now is one of those times.

    Asking $2000.

I am interested as well, please send pictures to jettaboynate at gmail.com You said you can plug in a fridge and a microwave, does it have enough juice to run a set of tire warmers? How many miles are on it? What year?

I'll put up some pictures tonight so everyone can see...

The ambulance only has DC power when sitting still. It is set up to be able to plug in a generator to the ambulance, then use the plugs inside to plug stuff in... ie, frig, microwave, tire warmers...

Man, with all the driving you've done over the weekend, I'm glad you made it home.

    Enjoy.
