I have recently mailed an information packet to those of you whom I have postal addresses on file. If you haven't received it yet, you should within a couple days.
In the meantime, I have included the main text of the 2006 welcome letter below.

or are unsure that I have your correct information;
send me your current information and I will send a packet to you ASAP.
