Need racer profile examples

Anyone have racer profiles I could use as examples for sponsorhip seeking? I've reviewed some guys' profiles online but I'm looking for print templates I could use just to get me started.

-And any other tips you could provide would be great. I'm trying to get across to prospects that I'd actually like to generate them some revenue and exposure.
