Hey there, my lovely corner working friends!
Thanks so, so much for being so supportive of me during my first race weekend. I have to say, it made all the difference. I always wondered how it felt as a racer having us corner workers there at the cool down lap to clap and cheer. Let me tell you-- it feels AMAZING! Thank you again. I think the world of all of you and Tom and I will be there in white again with you at PPIR.
Also-- to all you racers who stumble upon this thread-- thank YOU for making us corner workers feel so appreciated this weekend. The dinner with Jon was so delicious and fun, and the line of goodies up in the race day office was beyond anything I could have imagined. It was great to be a part of that. Kip and Nick, thanks for including Tom and I.
It's been a great season of racing, and so great getting to know the MRA family. I feel incredibly lucky.
