need ankle sliders for older Sidi Vertebra

I'm trying to find a pair of the replaceable ankle sliders for my Sidi's. These are the larger, smooth rounded type, not the scalloped smaller ones you can get for the newer Vertebra 2. Any ideas?

Thanks for the info, guys. I had Performance order the sliders, and got the newer ones (don't fit). I went to Motonation and somehow got a pdf catalog of the new Sidi stuff, my sliders weren't there. Then, I went to the regular Motonation site, and navigated to the Sidi spare parts. There they were! Different sku # from the newer ones, I think this will work...
