    So I REALLY need to sell my house in SE Aurora (actually unincorporated Arapahoe County) and thought I'd let the MRA peeps have first dibs...

    If you use my realtor it will save you another $5k off the list price! I hate paying commissions to someone I don't even know.

    Ive checked into that when I wanted to sell my last house.... Its pretty much a scam.. They buy your house only if they can sell it, and if not, you still are responcible..... U think your out from under your house, then in 8 weeks when it wont sell, they say.. Oh by the way you still own this house.. :roll:
