    This guy's got $350 mil to throw around?!?!?!

    OK. Let's offer him a 49% interest in HPR for a mere $300 mil.

    But...I suspect a dash of wigged-out-eccentric millionaire would probably spoil the broth at any percentage.

    Anyway, I think the general idea was to make HPR "our" track.
