    I think a little bike spec class would be a hoot. Cheap bikes, cheap tires, pump gas, and if you blow one up or yard sale it in a crash you can be into two of them for less than the cost of a new 600. No mods other than suspension internals and basic rejet/remap type stuff. They'd be pretty gutless up here, but would pick up some power at Hastings since it's at about 1900 feet elevation.

    Gutless for sure. The power to weight ratio is about 10 times worse than an R6. You could take a nap down the straight at pueblo.

    I'd rather have an NS or something else 2 stroke if I were going for a small bike.
