Just wanted to let everyone know that the pasta dinner served up by Earlene and her crew was off the hook!!!!!!!!!

Super reasonably priced meal that had all the carbs a racer could ask for the night before raceday! How did it taste you might ask? Comin from someone who cooks.... a lot! I will make plans to eat that pasta dinner every time it is served, and will continue to ask for the recipe! (It's double top secret)

The pasta dinner was just the whipped cream. Ene, you add so much life to that track facility in everything you do!! It's such a happy and inviting place to be, now! I know I really appreciate your presence and enjoy your company. I hope you stay for a very long time!
