    Im sad but glad

Well as generally someone who loves to race, I hate to say I'm sad that I'm glad the MRA season will soon end. This year been especially trying as I've had a few (some may have noticed) issues concerning finishing the weekend on the bike I started it on. Though usually wouldn't be a problem for most folks (they'd just say screw it and go enjoy the summer) I set a goal to win a fifth Supertwins title here in Colorado and somebody has been trying there damndest to take advantage of my set backs! If it was not for them and the whole BMW of North America team I'd be a bit more relaxed. But hey I've made it this far and I believe the trusty 1998 TL can still pull it off! I'm training not smoking and within two tenths of a track record for the class so bring it on. I'll be looking for a great time come Daytona in Oct.

So, if we're celebrating Jake's birthday, who's bringing the goat? Dave? Tony? Who ended up with it?

Or would he prefer the more traditional Wyoming sheep (for a little, ahem, "mutton bustin")? ...hmmmm.....?

So you're saying Jake can get "Lucky" on his birthday?

Will he have to get "Lucky" drunk first?

Sheesh! I had already told Tammy that I would provide two cases of Corona

Sounds like the final step of Sunday morning tech inspection should be a roadside sobriety test!!

    Tammy,
We have a Weber BabyQ with a stand that we use. We'll be happy to share. I use it for Rockies opening day cooking dogs for customers. We can get a boat load on it. Big Mike has cooked 8-12 steaks on it at the races. Let us know.

    Jim,
Thanks for your offer of your grill but we think we need something that looks more like this:

Your grill is cool but we plan on cooking 150 hamburgers and a gazillion hotdogs!

We need a Large Grill...does anyone have one????

    Who's bringing the potato salad???

    Does the weber use coals?

    Thanks Doug!
It may be a good idea to have an extra grill, so if it isn't too much trouble to bring yours, that would be good.

    Thanks!

    Tammy,
Ours is gas. If you find that you want to use it, let us know Saturday. We carry it in the 5th wheel.

We would love to use your grill! Thanks for the offer.

So this means we have at least 3 grills to use.

What about side dishes to share???

Is anyone planning on bringing their very special, home cooked, grandma's famous, top secret recipes to the party?

How many cases of Corona should we get??

Last time I did that, three people went to prison, I was escorted off the property, and Crash complained about his mouth hurting for over a week.
I did not claw my way to the top of the foodchain to eat my veggies.
