I have an 01 gas tank. Blue. Pics available. A couple minor dings. One is covered by the seat. No paint damage. I think 2000 and 2001 are interchangeable (98-01) Let me know if interested and I will send the pics.

I have two yamaha fuel tanks in my basement, one blue, one primer, from earlier R1's...but don't know the years specifically. You are welcome to get in touch with me and see if either of them will fit your bike.
