It's no surprise that the most Google'd term in the past 24 hours has been "Bomb Cyclone" and we just happen to have one rolling through the Denver metro area today. Due to the impending snow fall and high winds in the forecast for today's blizzard, the MRA Board of Directors has canceled this evening's General Meeting. Your safety is our greatest concern and we don't want you attempting to drive in today's storm to attend an MRA meeting.

Below are the updates that the MRA Board had planned to cover this evening:

  • Please be sure to read the rules for class conformity and for general safety information, safety wire requirements and that your bike is up to date and CLEAN. If you plan to bring a new rider to the race school or Superstreet class, please advise them of the bike requirements ahead of time.
    • Blood Nickel has repaired a number of our loaner suits. Thank you to everyone that has donated gear. We are always accepting more donations...except size 11 boots. This has made big impact in enabling new riders to participate with the MRA at our schools.
    • Any questions regarding bike requirements or loaner suits can be direct to Brett Leveque at brettlev144@gmail.com

  • 2 for 1 admission tickets and Superstreet flyers are currently available. Sponsor admission tickets and Superstreet vouchers are currently being printed.
  • We are in talks with http://coloradosports.tv/ regarding the broadcast of race-day coverage.
  • We are still in talks with the AMA and Feld Entertainment regarding the MRA having a display at the Monster Energy Supercross at Broncos stadium next month.

Please contact the MRA Board with any additional questions or comments.

Everyone please stay safe!
