Massive turnout tonight
It’s mid summer attendance number usually start to dwindle
Everyone is aware of the passing of Kathy Burke
She has been a mom figure to many for over 20 years
Service’s will be Sat at 10am
There will be a reception after we were asked to help get people to bring some sides.
They want to open it to anyone who wants to attend
The MRA is going to do something in Memory of Kathy.
Round 3 recap
We had some great racing & a Great turnout for the 4hr endurance
Thank you to everyone who made it such a great event
Round 4 coming up July 21st & 22nd
We opened entry on Monday it will close next Monday at 11:59pm
Pueblo coming up- no Friday night drags, we are expecting them to scrape the track.
It will be a full day trackday
This weekend Zars is at HPR
The are offering $100 for MRA members must sign up ASAP they will be there sat & Sunday
Some of the MRA racers will be teaching
Usually several MRA members attend the event & they always have a good time.
Posted the event Racing For Fallen Heroes charity event
Racing for Fallen heroes all proceeds will go to the Fallen hero fund
Sat Sept 22nd at HPR 8-5 with 1hr lunch break
We are trying to get as many law enforcement & first responders out there as we can
Jim reached out to motorsports reg about using them for this event.

They build up & you can cash it in at the end of the season

If you have a credit, to use it register for your classes but don’t pay send Laci an email she will send you a custom invoice for amount due.

I was a little crazy getting everything ready to go but we did it.
We had a communication error about how to qualify for the 4hr endurance. We know for the future & will make the necessary changes for next year.
For your Novice hours see me after the meeting
Every novice must complete 4 hours of service you can do this several ways
Friday night or Saturday & Sunday morning helping Brett with Tech

You earn 30 min per general meeting up to 2hr, you have to earn the other 2hrs elsewhere
New Rider Director: Jeff Brown
Had to have a little Riders meeting in both novice & amateur classes about crashes but everyone knew their grid spots so we are getting somewhere.

Possibly want to do 2 4hr endurance rounds next year??
Would have to be a 4hr & a 3hr due to daylight
