    Meeting Called to Order By: Jim Wilson @ 7:30pm
    Time & Location: February 14th 7:30pm The Boardroom

    • Report of Officers:


    President: Jim Wilson


    • Motorcycle Expo – Best professional display. Great job Cindy.
    • Contracts for HPR done, HPR lights – Jim Wilson has suggested we use them at all four rounds but if it does not work then we will adjust. Track Configuration may do west course. HPR will build a podium with a back drop but we encourage our riders to use it. It will be a mobile, parked next to pavilion – on hot pit when ROR is up.
    • PPIR contract sent past week and mailed deposit check. Price increase this year.
    • Pueblo has not got contract over from them. Hopefully no increase.
    • Insurance – Umbrella and Liability large deposit is due on that.
    • Membership money needs to come in for us to pay for deposit.
    • Banquet still at Lamar Street Center November 10th.
    • May have to push up annual meeting – to ensure at the ceremony we have new BOD
    • License renewal March 14 up to $275.00
    • Race School April 13 – 14th Fay Mayers and HPR
    • Instructor meeting look for email from Jeff Brown
    • Rule Book is being sent to printer and PDF is listed on website. Waiting for sponsor PDF – Brewer
    • New racer Sponsorship idea -
    • Charity Event – Very early but would love to do something – Lap a ton / or ride a ton

    • 20 have resigned – 4 existing are pending – 7 classes are open

    • Ricky Orlando – Thank you and $99 in program, working with ads,
    • To sponsor classes – Pricing got to Warren or Ricky

    • New Announcer – Two prospects but they both have issues…Still searching

    Brewer is even willing to train and help.

    • McKown, John – Also to have a sponsorship page to include what they could benefit from being a sponsor.
    • Ronald Mattison – Would like to know what you have to do to qualify for SuperStreet – Go to website under racers / come race with us will breakdown requirements for bike and rider
    • McKown, John – Charity Event, he is willing to help and do what is needed.
    • Quikcycles will discount fluid change for 50%. To increase superstreet participation.
    • Loaner suits and equipment to help as well.
