Ø President: Jim Wilson
Ø Welcome to the March General meeting
Ø We are a little less than 3 weeks from the Race school & 6 weeks till Round 1 at Pueblo
Ø License membership –
Ø Early Bird pricing $225 ends in 1 week March 15th save yourself $50
Ø On March 16th Price goes up to $275
Ø Difference Between Associate Membership & Crew pass
Ø Both get you in the gate
Ø Associate Membership- Gives you voting rights
Ø Crew Pass- no voting right

Ø Gate entry is $12

Ø School coming up April 1st
Ø Had a few people bring up the location of our general meeting……
Ø The board will take it into consideration on where we might go in the future
Ø Laci our treasurer has worked very hard to get a budget done for 2017
Ø We haven’t had a budget in years so this is a very good thing!!
Ø Thank you LACI!!!!!!!
Ø Registration will open the week following the raceschool

Ø Promote the MRA on your social media…. Share our posts, tell your friends, word of mouth & social media is our best advertising!!!!

Ø Membership is going well we have had about 100 people renew
Ø Early bird ends March 15th $225 on March 16th goes up to $275
Ø Raceschool has 13 people registered- We have several interested but not paid yet.
Ø 2017 Licenses will be at the raceschool for pick up. Will mail them out after Raceschool
Ø 2017 License is good till April 2018
Ø Contingency-
Ø We have KTM & BMW contingency this year
Ø Worked on getting something new but nothing panned yet.
Ø All will be listed on the website in about a week

Ø VP Rules & Tech: Brett Leveque
Ø Still running strong on loaner gear
Ø Things are working great
Ø We have people that will be using them at the race school
Ø If you have old gear you no longer want or need please consider donating it to the MRA Loaner Gear program
Ø Novices you are required to do 4 Novice hours every year
Ø You can help out Brett at Tech, Rick on the track
Ø Brett needs help with Tech at the Raceschool for any Novice that want to get your hours done early.
Ø Brake lever guards will be required for everyone in 2017
Ø We will be more hardcore on Race numbers this year. Rick will talk more about it.
Ø Ambulance for safety reasons
Ø Trying to work on a podium that we can store in the MRA truck & take track to track.

Ø Really excited we got the budget done!!!
Ø We have about $5900 in the operating account
Ø $2k in paypal
Ø Reserve account $50k
Ø Hurry & buy you License that is money that goes towards track Deposits, insurance, etc….
Ø 2017 MRA T-Shirts
Ø Mr. Baker is doing the shirts again. They are white this year & we have a Ladies style.
Ø Will have them at the raceschool
Ø We will post a link to order your shirts

Ø Secretary: Jen Grosse
Ø Novice Hours- Every Novice is required to complete 4 Hours of service to the club. We have several different opportunities to get them done.
Ø Attending monthly General meeting you get 30 min per general meeting up to 2 hrs. The remaining 2 hours must be completed doing something else.- See Jen Jen
Ø Friday night & Saturday morning Tech- VP of Rules & Tech Brett Leveque needs help at tech on Friday nights & Saturday morning contact him for further details
Ø Air Fence setup & tear down, We have 11 sections of air fence we need to set up & tear down at PPIR & Pueblo. Conatact Track Marshal Rick Grosse
Ø Unloading & Loading MRA truck- We have several items to unload & set up on Friday afternoons. On Sunday after the race day we need help packing up & loading everything. Conatact Track Marshal Rick Grosse
Ø Dealer/ Sponsors Open houses- We need a few novices to work open house events for Motorcycle dealerships & Class Sponsors contact Rider Rep Public Relations John Borst

Ø Raceschool coming up April 1st Classroom March 31st.
Ø Instructors meeting this weekend
Ø Please sign up before the raceschool we need to know the amount of instructors needed.
Ø We do take walk ups but it makes it much harder to secure instructors.

Ø Track Marshal: Rick Grosse
Ø Novice hours were brought up we are going to be using a lot more Air fence this year.
Ø We will use all 13 sections at PPIR. We want to set up Air Fence Thursday night so it’s safer for the track day.
Ø Pueblo & PPIR are the prime time to get your hours done.
Ø If we have several people we can get it done faster.
Ø We need help with Teardown Sunday evening as well
Ø Spread the word you can get you hours done in 1 weekend
Ø Volunteer Corner Workers We pay our Corner Crew cause they are Valuable to us.
Ø We have some CW Crew that will be racing this year so we need some new people!! Tell your friends it’s a great way to make extra cash & watch the action close up.

Ø Numbers-
Ø It is a safety concern we must have the ability to read your number clearly.
Ø Take a look at the Rulebook for what you can do. We don’t mind the color pin stripe around your numbers but if it’s a 1in color stripe we will ask you to change your numbers.
Ø It’s ultimately up to Brett but we will work together on this.
Ø Rick & Brett will have each others backs

HPR has motorcycle lapping this Sunday & every weekend Tentative (Based on sign ups) till the season starts

If you ride on the street keep some 2 for 1’s in your jacket they fit perfect between the seat & tank
We have the Superstreet program mention it people might come out.
