Ø Report of Officers:

Ø President: Jim Wilson-
Ø Reduce price for walk ups. Door open @5, food at 5:30, awards @7, parking is plenty and gated.
Ø Lamar St Center will Locking gate after event. No access till Monday.
Ø If you’re unable to drive there’s parking outside gate so pick up is possible after hrs or over weekend.
Ø Seating for 250 peeps, lots of alcohol but no shots.
Ø Cash and credit ok.
Ø Car clubs have made things very bad when shots are served.
Ø Cool stuff inside, motorsports theme, photo booth, hopefully no kids but keep on leash. No dogs. Walk up tickets sold at 6pm cash or credit.
Ø Questions?? No??
Ø Not going to run late this year. Trying to be out by around 10:30pm.
Ø Told PPIR they needed to fix the cracks they agreed
Ø They are going to move the walls back


Ø Vice-President: Aaron Fisk- Been working with KTM for the last several years, once we get info confirmed we will post on the Forums
Membership usually opens in Jan
We’ve got a good system going

Ø VP Rules & Tech: Brett Leveque-
Ø Brake lever guards got voted through brake side required, clutch side optional

Ø Treasurer: Laci Lukachy-
Ø We did take a loss of $8200 YTD
Ø We did have to raise rices for the banquet this year but we are serving food
Ø ATV & MRA Truck had issues. That’s where majority of the loss is from
Ø Thank you for a wonderful 1st year look forward to working with everyone in 2017 & 2018

Ø Secretary: Jen Grosse- Nothing

Ø New Rider Director: Jeff Brown- Johnny B sold the Walnut room
Ø He said Thank you to everyone for coming to the Walnut room these past several Years.
Ø He hopes We will continue to come here with the New Owner
Ø A couple of the Employees bought the Walnut room
