President: Jim Wilson-
Ø Hello Everyone,
Ø This is our 1st Meeting since the endof the season. Glad to see so many faces out tonight.
Ø Awards Ceremony-
Ø Same price as Last year $25 online ($35 at thedoor Cash Only)
Ø Will be at Cassleman’s, doors open at 6pm AwardsCeremony starts at 7pm.
Ø We will have a Photo booth there again thisyear.
Ø Parking could be an issue. They have built a lotin the last year.
Ø Casslemans has done Valet there before but weare not sure of pricing. We are looking at other options
Ø We will be sending notices for ticket sales. Wewill inform you about parking as soon as we know.
Ø Chris P can run your card tonight if you need.
Ø We will be closing a few days ahead of time sowe can get the list together for our Door crew.
Ø Aaron Hersh is putting together the Videotogether. He is still looking forcontent Please send in your Pic’s & Vid’s to Aaron. If possible try to edit so he doesn’t have hoursof footage to watch.
Ø Schedule for 2016-
Ø 7 rounds, 2 Pueblo, 1 PPIR & 4 HPR (HPRcourse to be decided)
Ø HPR R3 will be the 4hr endurance.
Ø We will be finishing out the 2016 season at HPR.
Ø Judy has given us a break at Pueblo. If we haverain at Pueblo we will get a prorated amount.
Ø PPIR is raising their rates for 2016. PPIR willbe handling the garage rentals
Vice-President: Aaron Fisk-
Ø Contingency Payout Aaron will contact them nextweek.
Ø Trying to get stuff rolling for 2016contingency.
Ø Aaron has been in contact with companies aboutcontingency.
Ø We are already working on new things for 2016.We will push for new things, we will do our best to give you all the best 2016program possible.
VP Rules & Tech:
Treasurer: Chris Papajohn-Ø Thank you for stepping up & attending theraces at PPIR. We had a great time made it a profitable round.
Ø Chris can sell tickets for the Awards Ceremonytonight.
Ø Chris is trying to enter the credits & whenshe gets them done she will send you an email about the amount. If you have anyissues with credits please contact Chris. She will do her best to get it workedout for you.
Secretary: Jen Grosse-
Ø Nominations close tonight.
Ø If you were nominated get your Bio to Jim ASAP.
Ø Deadline for Bio’s is Friday 11-13 6pm
Ø We will get Ballots in the mail by Monday orTuesday
Ø No Novice hours until January.

Ø Thanks to everyone who donated to the CWappreciation. There was a lot of stuff in the office for them.
Ø Thanks for hooking them up. They work very hard forus during the season. Very pleased to see everyone step up & donate toCorner Worker Appreciation. Thanks Again!
Ø If you’re thinking about running for a BODposition, it’s a good way to give back to the club.

· December 5th at Jakes Rules change meeting.
Promotions: Louden David-
· Recently did Flat track racing at IMI it was agood time had fun.
· Next season they want & are willing to helppromote our event.
Trophies: Joe LaGalbo-
· Getting all the trophies & plaques togetherfor the Awards Ceremony
· If you want to use a specific pic let Joe know.He need the Picture or Pictures in an 8x10 no later than Friday at 6pm.
· We had a Supermoto race at R7 it was a hiteveryone seemed to enjoy it.
· We have had some Supermoto people ask us to comeout there & join them. If you’re interested contact Joe he will give youthe info.

§ Corner Worker Awards Ceremony Tickets:
§ We donate tickets to the top 10 Corner Workers.Some of them would like to bring their spouse to enjoy the evening with us. Ifyou want to donate extra money so a CW could bring their spouse that would begreat. Let Chris P. know she will get it all taken care of.
§ We will have more info as we get closer to theevent. Please look for emails about Awards Ceremony updates.
