FS: Dainese BAP 2000/9 articulated hard back protector size medium / tall BRAND NEW

I have this brand-new, never used or worn Dainese BAP 2000/9 back protector (waist size medium). This is a hard-shell, 9-plate, articulated back protector. *** SOLD! ***

The only reason I'm selling it is because I'm not tall enough to wear it... I am 5' 10", 160 lb. The double adjustable (Velcro) size M waist belt fits me great (and could easily accommodate someone much bigger around than my 32" waist), but the overall length of the back protector—about 26" from top to bottom—is a little too long... it tends to stick out the top of the back of my Alpinestars jacket a little (by about 3/4"). I could use it, but I'd rather get something that fits me perfectly.

This Dainese BAP 2000/9 M would be a perfect fit for someone who is between 5' 11" and 6' 5". You are welcome to try it on of course before you buy it (please wear a clean shirt, as the back protector is 100% new and clean, as you can see from the pics).

    Sold for $110 new:

Buy this one for only $70 (cash only, no trades). *** SOLD! ***

    MANUFACTURER'S DESCRIPTION:

"Dainese NEW BAP 2000/9 motorcycle back protector. Back protector with hinged plates, lumbar joint and adjustable straps.

Back protector certified according to the standard EN 1621.2 / 2003 (Lev. 1).
    Back protector articulated plates.
    Lumbar joint.
    Waistband with adjustment system.
    Adjustable straps.
    Partially superimposed outer polypropylene plates.
Inner core in Crash AbsorbŪ shock absorbing material.

Note: The size of each New Back Protector 2000 model varies according to the wearer's waist size. Its designation (8 or 9) is a measure of the number of "plates" incorporated into each protector. This determines its height, measured in centimeters from waist to shoulders, and thus its intended fit - the taller it is, the more plates it needs to afford sufficient back protection.

    2000 / 9 is for waist to shoulders measure of: 44 - 50 cm."
