I live in a storage unit complex and owner knows that I race and wanted to see what everyone though how much an 03 R1 is worth in street condition with no title. The owner of the bike defaulted on their storage payments and the storage company seized the bike. Taking bids on it. Digging it out of storage today and will get more info on miles, pics, etc. Also if anyone had any advice on generating a new title for it.

If he calls the DMV I'm sure they have some kind of steps to apply for title given the bike was abandoned in his property.
