Grid Procedure Change

I would like to see staggered grids, so there is a small advantage between Grid 1 and 3. Eliminating the grid flip option for pole position would be required, though it should not matter at that point because the pole position rider would be in front of their competitor for their desired line choice. It seems we are one of the few clubs that do not use a traditional staggered grid.
