Trying to Register for SS New License Application

Hey,

So I did the SuperStreet Race for the first time at #3 and I am trying to register for the next event. However when I log in with the info I provided last event it takes me straight to a New License Application page in which I filled out and hit submit. But it just refreshes the page and I can't go anywhere else?
