2007 R6 Final Drive Gearing Suggestions

Would like suggestions on setting up my bike (2007 R6) with new chain and sprockets (stock as of now). I am planning on getting alot more serious with track days and racing throughout the summer and following years to come. Any advice from other R6 racers would be appreciated.

    Thanks

I think the -1 in the front and +2 in the rear is the typical setup. Its what I run on my R6 and seems to work pretty well for all of the tracks. There's only a couple corners I need something different.

I run stock front and +1 in rear.
I am not saying it is the best only what inran all season last year and so far this year.
