Here is the list that I have confirmed. I can only have 15 workers each day since we are running the North Coarse. As of right now Saturday is FULL for paid workers. Sunday needs 2 more.

By 6:45am or so it says but not sure if that's changed. We gather at the room by the RV parking for the morning meet and what not so everyone is in the same page and walk the new guys through the flags and procedures that go on throughout the race.

Download the corner worker handbook which is here and read up man, all great info to get you up to speed and once you get there you know what to expect. It helped me tons with my first time last season. It's fairly easy to get there.
