Wayne-

Yes, if you do not complete your novice hours for the season you will not have a position in the final points standings and will not get your position in the championship.

If you are in the top 10, however, you will not be allowed to run in the Novice championship again in the following year.

Year end awards are presented through 5th place except for RoR, which is through 10th.

Do novice hours count for the 4 of us that just licensed up for the last round?

Not that it matters since I didnt get on the track once this season but, I had an expert license this year.
