When filling out contingency forms please keep the following things in mind.

1) If I can't read it, then no one else can either. If your writing is illegible please get someone who can print neatly to help you complete your forms.

2) Contingency forms need to be filled out completely before submitting them. It’s not up to us to figure out what classes you are racing. Incomplete forms will be returned to you.

3) When filling out the forms, please pay attention to the classes that contingency is offered in. We continue to receive a number of forms this year for riders competing in classes that aren't contingency eligible for the product you're submitting a claim on.

4) Do not submit contingency forms for two different brands of the same product, i.e. submitting Dunlop and Bridgestone forms or EBC and Ferodo forms. There are situations when a racer has multiple bikes where this can be allowed but this has not been the case with forms received so far.

5) Make sure your sponsor information is updated with your current sponsors. Every company that pays contingency requires that they are listed as your sponsor in the official results each weekend, which we mail in with the contingency forms. If you don’t have them listed, they don’t have to pay you. You can do this online at http://mra-racing.org/memberportal Select the Sponsors tab.

6) Make sure your race bike information is updated with us if you are attempting to receive contingency from a motorcycle manufacturer i.e. Suzuki, Yamaha, etc. The official results that we send include the race bike you are riding. If you don’t have the correct bike listed, they don’t have to pay you. You can do this online at http://mra-racing.org/memberportal Select the Bikes tab.

7) Please remember that contingency forms are to be filled out and submitted by Noon on Sunday in the raceday office. After that time the boxes will be packed up and unavailable.

Please let me know if you have any questions.
