MRA GENERAL MEETING

Thank you all for attending the meeting
For those new people you can ask anyone I the room about racing & they will help you.
Most of the difficult stuff for the Prez is done
All contracts are signed checks cashed
We are good for the season
Insurance- we
Did extensive research best we found is $2600 A weekend AMA cost is $ 6500
Board has been working hard new ideas for the season & exciting stuff by our new guys
Race school right around the corner
If your bike is not together don’t worry no one is ready yet
Friday night class session @ Fay Meyers
We will have our school during HPR lapping day
The reason we do a combined event is cost!
We don’t want to lose money by renting the track for he weekend, they are helping us so we don’t lose 8000!
Hopefully will be around more this season.
Pueblo- if it is not done We will be racing PPIR

We will be holding CW training sometime before the season starts! Will let you know when a date is set
We could use the help so if you know anyone that is wanting to make some extra cash send them our way
CW crew is in need of brooms have a link on the website they are about $20 so if you can please help out!
Look at SUNDAY schedule we have moved AGTO up
Everyone must wear their wrist bands this season!

• May 12th BMW of denver need 1 volunteer
• Have 2 for 1s at the table
• Jim Wilson has been working on brochures for Super Street
• They will all be at the shops as well

• Rulebook posted online
• Changes that are listed on the forums
• 4hr- June 9th &10th
• Procedures in the pit they are different from before so look them over so you know the rules!

• $250 race your ass off …. Doesn’t matter if you have multiple bikes. It is based on the rider not the number of bikes you have
• Single bike event for the 4hr endurance
• 50% off RRW Magazine
• If you sign up for the race school & your license you get a $50 discount! It will only cost $350
• Trophies: Aaron Fisk
• We seek out sponsors we have 26 classes
• We have 2 classes open HWSB & LWGP
• Word of mouth is always the best way

Hoping of the 1st event at HPR
Fencing for turn 4 still in progress
You must be wearing a wrist band to access the turn 4 spectator area if you don’t have it on you will not be allowed to enter & you will have to go back to the main gate!
New track asphalt seems are smooth
New food vendor- Short Stop prices will be lower
Other stuff:
Shop local & let them know you’re an MRA member some places will give you a discount
Supporting our local shops shows them that the MRA wants to do business with them & support them as they support us.
