Triples, forks, axle, bars, head bearings, brake calipers (no lines), etc. Basically a full front end minus the wheel and controls. Forks have Race Tech upgrades done, I don't know specifics other than that. They were refreshed by Dave Rose beginning of last year so I know the internals are good. $250.
